JOB OPENING: Customer Service Attendant

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Attendant 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Aquatics experience preferred

  • Prior customer service/group sales experience 

EXPERIENCE:     

  • Accounting, safety and problem solving skills

  • All areas of customer service knowledge and experience

  • Promotion of excellent customer service through communication and action 

PRIMARY DUTIES: 

  • Captain of all groups, parties and programs at the park

  • Communicating with supervisors

  • Issuing wrist bands for height required slides

  • Operate public address system and relay messages

  • Promotion of good will and excellent service to all patrons

  • Responsible for customer service office and duties

  • Selling of merchandise and coordinating payments

  • Documentation and logging of all incidents involving issuing season passes, including photo taking, filling out documents and handling payments                           

SECONDARY DUTIES: 

  • Assist with after hours parties

  • Assist in any capacity relating to customer service (café, admissions, etc.) 

  • Minor cleaning and maintenance

    Seasonal Water Park Manager and Water Park Director
